Personal profile

Biography

I am a Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at the International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship (ICTE), Coventry University. Within this role, I am involved in both teaching and research activity for ICTE.

In terms of my teaching portfolio, I lecture at the undergraduate level and working towards attaining Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy.

In terms of research activity, I am an early career researcher and working towards publishing articles. I have presented my research at major academic conferences namely, Institute of Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ISBE) and the British Academy of Management (BAM). Other research outputs includes an internal conference presentation.

I am a member of several learned societies including the British Academy of Management and ISBE.

Prior to joining academia, my experience comes from various industries that includes multi-national manufacturing companies, IT and oil and gas for a solid of 14 years in total. I believe the experience gained in the industry can be applied in academia to enhance the teaching, research and learning experience.
