Area of Expertise:
An in-depth knowledge of long-term financial planning; at risk communities; and services management and/or marketing.
As a researcher I am motivated by research that connects academia with practice. The reason for joining CBiS was the opportunity to undertake research with a practical focus. My role within CBiS enables me to lead and cultivate a strong ‘service’ based research theme, but with an emphasis on financial services. My approach to research is largely quantitative so that broad conclusions can be drawn.
