Biography

 

I am Senior Lecturer and assistant undergraduate Course Director in the School of Marketing and Management. I teach HRM, Employment Relations and study skills modules at UG and PG level. My research interests are: Comparative European employment relations, Vocational education and training, and Diversity management. I have worked in the European parliament and in European social dialogue in Brussels (representing the interests of SMEs in Europe). I then worked for Toulouse Business School on several EU funded projects. I have also worked as a Teaching Fellow at Warwick Business School.
