I am Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) and undergraduate Course Director for Business and HRM in the School of Marketing and Management, and associate member of the research Centre for Business in Society, with varied experiences of research across different areas of human resource management and employment relations including – equality and diversity management, social dialogue and competence development. Experienced in working in international research teams and conducting comparative cross-national research across subjects, for a range of funders including, the European Union and the Swedish Institute for Working Life, as well as working with policy stakeholders such as employer associations, trade unions and the European Commission.
Area of Expertise:
In 2015, UN member states agreed to 17 global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to end poverty, protect the planet and ensure prosperity for all. This person’s work contributes towards the following SDG(s):
