Elizabeth Bailey is a Midwife Research Fellow and is employed in a shared clinical academic role at both University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust and the Centre for Innovative Research Across the Life Course (CIRAL), Coventry University. Elizabeth works on research projects on midwifery and maternity services and has an interest in innovation and design in women centred care and is committed to supporting clinical academic careers.
