Mr Dibakor Boruah is a mechanical engineer, currently researching on the structural integrity of high-value metallic components repaired by cold spray additive manufacturing. Mr Boruah has obtained bachelor’s degree (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Gauhati, Assam, India in 2015 and a master’s degree (MSc) in Advanced Mechanical Engineering from University of Sussex, UK in 2016. He was awarded the prestigious ‘Chancellors International Scholarship’ for my master’s study by the University of Sussex in 2015. Mr Boruah has started his PhD in January 2017 at National Structural Integrity Research Centre (NSIRC), TWI Ltd with Centre for Materials and Manufacturing Engineering, Coventry University, UK; which is fully sponsored by the Lloyd’s Register Foundation, TWI Ltd, and Coventry University.
