Biography
I am a DDRI (Data Driven Research Innovation) PhD student in the centre for Sports and Exercise Life Sciences. I completed my BSc and MRes in Sport and Exercise Sciences at Edge Hill University. My Masters research focused on quantifying the physical and physiological demands of walking football, while exploring the psychological and social benefits of particpation.
Research Interests
My research interests include physical activity, health, aging, the elderly, and dementia. My current research is exploring the benefits of physical activity, light therapy, and nutritional intervention on sleep and health for individuals living with and without dementia in residential care.
