A PhD Finance graduate with a strong research background and extensive practical work experience in accounting and finance. My ambition is to eventually have broad-based academic career including teaching, research and management responsibilities.

Currently, I am an Assistant Lecturer in Finance at Coventry University, School of Economics, Finance and Accounting where am involved in teaching and learning in Statistics, International Finance, Corporate Governance & Ethics, and Dissertation Supervision. I am also a Visiting Lecturer in Accounting and Finance at Salford Business School, University of Salford.

I am involved in reviewing conference papers: full papers and developmental papers, as well as present my research findings at national and international conferences.

I have more than 20 years of experience working for nationally and internationally listed companies at senior management level. I served as Finance Executive at CFI Holdings and was the Finance Manager at Schweppes Zimbabwe, a The Coca-Cola Company wholly owned Bottler. My business career started at ZSR Corporation (Tate & Lyle) as a Financial Accountant before moving to Delta Beverages (SABMiller) Zimbabwe, where I held positions of Accountant and, Finance and Administration Manager.
