The development and application of molecular dynamics and related computational methods to the structure, dynamics and function of proteins, particularly G protein coupled receptors (GPCRs). We have collaborated with a number of experimentalists to understand more fully the molecular details of GPCR activation, including conformational changes, interactions with G proteins and understanding the drug (un)binding pathway. Our main GPCR interests are class A and class B GPCRs, particularly those that interact with RAMPs.
