Chris is a Principal Lecturer in Marketing. He is responsible for Ethics Compliance, Overseas Moderation and Timetabling. He teaches Services Marketing and Strategic Marketing. He has presented papers at various international conferences and published in journals. Chris spent 12 years in a number of sales and marketing positions in the services sector. Chris has previously held roles as Post Graduate Courses Director for Marketing, Director of Foundation Degrees and Undergraduate Business Programme Manager at Coventry. He has extensive experience of degree programme design both at Coventry and other higher educational institutions. He has external examiner experience at other universities.
