Research Interests

My research interests primarily revolve around data analytics, visualization and meta-analyses, with a special interest in  physical activity, motor competence, sedenatry behaviour and health improvement and management. 


Dr Clark is an early career researcher, with a passion and drive for the advancement of data analytics. He possesses a PhD in Physical Activity and Movement Analytics, a PGCHE TLHE (Dist.)., a M.Sc by Research (Exercise Physiology) and a B.Sc (1st class) in Sport and Exercise Science. Dr Clark is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Dr Clark works at the forefront of technology integrated analytics of physical activity and motor competence, and is prolific in meta-analysing health improvement and managment. He has a vested interest in exercise and health science, broadly, he also holds advisory and advocacy positions for local government(s), and acts as a native language editor, associate editor, and expert reviewer across numerous internationally revered journals.
