Vision Statement

I am a reading development researcher with a particular interest in the role of pre-school skills and reading readiness in children’s response to early literacy instruction. I have specific expertise in big data analysis (structural equation modelling and multi-level modelling) and dynamic testing techniques (testing children’s potential to learn, rather than their current level). My long-term aim is to study and share the techniques best suited to teaching, assessing, and improving the language and literacy skills of young children.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
