Personal profile

Biography

He started his research career after completing his B.Sc. and M.Sc in Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Tehran. As a research assistant, he worked on various national research projects and theses in Environmental Chemistry, Civil and Environmental Engineering. Being a chartered Civil and Environmental Engineer has led him to conduct multidisciplinary researches, trying to understand and value chemical processes in environmental and engineering projects.

His engineering approach to tackle environmental problems resulted in a national registered patent, that was using construction debris to manufacture high quality aggregates to be used in asphalt concrete and road construction. This approach led to a more resilient pavement construction in Chabahar city, Iran: less volume of landfill to be used to manage construction debris, as well as less carbon footprint to extract and transport virgin aggregates for asphalt concrete.
