    Description

    Workshop aimed to help coaches recognise the ways in which they manage behaviours that may look like lack of engagement by young people during the delivery of coaching sessions. By dealing with 'disruptions' in a positive way and and avoiding treating the young people as 'misbehaving', the coaches enact their philosophy of empowering young people. These strategies allow coaches to encourage attention and participation while avoiding 'telling off' individual children
