    The Multiphase Optimization Strategy (MOST) is a comprehensive, principled, engineering-inspired framework for optimizing and evaluating multicomponent behavioural, biobehavioural and biomedical interventions https://www.methodology.psu.edu/ra/most . Stef will be delivering a session on MOST, based on the learning she gained from a workshop attended last year. The session will consist of a presentation, which aims to provide a detailed introduction to MOST, followed by time for individuals to discuss opportunities for applying the framework moving forward.
