    An online symposium exploring issues of sustainability linked to food. The symposium featured 4 key note speakers, 3 panel debates and 6 tracks of paper presentations looking at a range of areas including: Food waste, food insecurity, sustainable consumption and production and the circular economy. The symposium was attended by both academics and practitioners working across sectors.
