Visiting Fellowship, through the IRSES Staff Exchange Programme, to the Law Faculty of Stellenbosch University South Africa and the Military Academy in Saldanha. Academic networks, meeting with students and staff in the University and use of the university resources and library. Meetings with partner organisations and civil society associations in Cape Town.
