    Organised Innovation in Tackling Food Waste

    This event was part of the Economic and Social Research Council's 13th annual Festival of Social Science. The event aimed to: Share research findings on why individuals throw away food and help businesses better understand and adapt their practices to mitigate waste; promote innovative and transferable strategies to reduce and prevent food waste; provide an opportunities for interactive discussion of the causes and solutions to food waste within retail and catering; identify development of further research priorities.
