    Activity: Talk or presentationOral presentation

    Description

Bringing Ludic Rooms’ Random String Project to a close, this is a chance to hear from the artists. More details to follow as they are confirmed: MovED, artist/researcher Rosamaria Cisneros discusses her digital performance dance piece that was created implementing participatory research methods and a post digital perspective. The work explored the intersections of screendance, shadow puppetry, Flamenco, the Romani/Gypsy community, the number 28 and intangible cultural heritage. In ‘How to scare yourself stupid without climbing Everest.’, artist Jo Roberts reflects upon the trials and tribulations of attempting to learn to use tech – as it is called by those who know how to use it – by someone who, it transpires, couldn’t even find base camp!
