Description
A qualitative study using interviews across different grades of staff and clerical support to explore the impact of having students working within a department. The results were mainly positive identifying the energy that students can bring and the new knowledge, the motivation to stay up to date for the staff and in general, the personal growth for the clinicians. Clerical staff enjoyed the students presence.
