    Ran volunteer recruitment & retainment workshop - An interactive session on volunteer recruitment and retainment made use of my preliminary PhD research findings to show the need for valuing people in their different capacities to act as volunteers, and how a volunteer’s experience changes over time as they become more familiar and enjoy the experience, which is essential if they are to persist in volunteering.
