    Description

    An overview was made of recent updates on the advanced models for process preceding and exceding combustion. The models were implemented into commercial CFD codes and applied to multi-component and blended fuelsin gas-turbine and automotive engines. The findings were fed into broader range of applications, beyond the combustion processes. Those included battery systems in hybrid electric vehicles and evolutions of droplets in aerosole applications.
