    Description

    Funded by Horizon 2020 the MATUROLIFE project brings together 20 partners from 9 European countries to develop innovative assistive technology. The consortium of academic partners, NGOs and SMEs will develop assistive technology by embedding smart textiles into a range of clothing, furniture and footwear solutions. The product range will be co-created with older adults across Europe to support independent ageing and wellbeing. The project will support the development of the creative sector and address the needs of a growing population of older people in urban environments by making their lives more comfortable, secure and independent.
