    NATO Maritime Interdiction Operations Training Centre's 9th Annual Conference is an open forum for discussion, dedicated to explore contemporary international maritime security issues, by gathering major stake holders from the military, the commercial and the academic fields, thus providing opportunities for discussion and enhancing cooperation between NATO and non-NATO actors. The 2018 NMIOTC Annual Conference aims at providing opportunities to discuss issues and share perceptions related to the contribution of the international community to improved security and in projecting stability and to path forward proposals and solutions in achieving enhanced Capabilities and Operational Effectiveness.
