Leading Locally: Sustainable Food Tourism in St Ives

This event aimed to encourage debate and discussion on the topic of sustainable food tourism targeted at businesses, organisations and community stakeholders with a keen interest in food in St Ives and the surrounding areas. This event provided an opportunity to hear directly from social science researchers studying sustainable tourism. The findings of a study involving businesses, tourists and industry organisations highlighted the challenges and opportunities for sustainable food activities in St Ives, Cornwall. Roundtable discussions provided an opportunity for diverse stakeholders across the community to debate and discuss this topic in a constructive manner as well as comment on where further research is required.
