The purpose of the conference, which has been organised by prof Stefano Manacorda, is to offer a comparative analysis of corporate criminal liability regimes. Dr Costantino Grasso's presentation focuses on the introduction of the failure to prevent offences in the UK.

Among the participants, there will be:
- Paola Severino, former Minister of Justice and Counselor of the University LUISS in Rome,
- Jennifer Arlen, professor at the New York University School of Law and Director of the Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement;
- Raffaele Cantone, Director of the Italian Anti-Corruption National Authority;
- Lorenzo Salazar, the Italian representative at the OECD Working Group on bribery.
