Established in 1988, AERC is a public not-for-profit organization devoted to the advancement of economic policy research and training with a focus on Africa.

I attended a workshop organised by AERC for grant winners to present work-in-progress for the collaborative research on “Growth in fragile and post-conflict states in Africa”. I presented the draft paper: “Donor Funding of Higher Education for Advancement in Africa’s Fragile States: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities in Rwanda and Uganda”.
