Description

Established in 1988, AERC is a public not-for-profit organization devoted to the advancement of economic policy research and training with a focus on Africa.

I attended a workshop organised by AERC for shortlisted grant applicants in response to the call for proposals for collaborative research on “Growth in fragile and post-conflict states in Africa”. I presented the proposal: “Donor Funding of Higher Education for Advancement in Africa’s Fragile States: Trends, Challenges and Opportunities in Rwanda and Uganda”. My research team won the grant of $15,000.
