How many times do students tell you that they still don't understand what they need to do for their assessment? Do you find yourself reiterating the need to read the assessment brief very carefully? My stall exhibits a new tool that aims to address issues with surface level engagement with assessment. My Assessment Literacy Worksheet allows students to develop a deeper, systematic approach to their engagement with module learning outcomes, assessment briefs, and marking criteria across their degree. The purpose of this is to increase students' assessment literacy and first time pass rates.
